Elite Casting was
originally co-founded in 1983 by Rosina Bucci, Vera Miller and Nadia Rona as
a production company. These passionate and hard-working women,
who originally met at an acting workshop, launched Les Masques,
Montreal's first professional dinner-theatre which they successfully
ran at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for the next three years.
When a film producer approached Elite to help with the casting
of his film, the company's exciting shift into casting began and
quickly rose to become one of the top and most respected casting
agencies in Canada.
Elite has worked with such distinguished directors
as Tony Goldwyn, Frank Oz, David Mamet and Sir Richard Attenborough on
such exciting and highly-regarded films as The Score, The
Sum of All Fears, Grey Owl, A
Walk on the Moon and
The Last Kiss.
